David Angliss - Managing Partner

David is the Managing Partner and Lead Consultant of DeCoach Associates. He is a highly skilled Manager and Leadership Coach drawing on almost 30 years of practical experience. David has worked extensively both in the UK and overseas with managers and teams in the Retail, Financial services, Manufacturing and Service industry sectors.
 
Building on an early career in management, which began with Sears Holdings in the UK and which saw him go on to hold a number of leading roles in the Service, Manufacturing, and Finance industries, David progressed as a Senior Manager, to champion and mentor the professional development of both leaders and teams in corporate life prior to establishing DeCoach Associates at the beginning of 2000.
 
David is passionate about raising the management benchmark and with nearly 15
years of consultancy experience now adding to his corporate qualifications, he is acutely skilled at making the ‘tough’ stuff accessible to the practicing manager. He is highly creative, innovative in his approach to both individual and team development and skilled in inspiring new ways of thinking and new insights to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.

David is married and lives in Derbyshire with his wife, daughter and an unruly Labrador. In his spare time he enjoys golf, music and has a passion for classic (old!) cars.

An inspirational presenter and natural raconteur, David is also the author and developer of The TEAMSTAR Connection, one of a number of innovative and uniquely designed approaches created in response to the challenges of leading todays' organisation.
